The Solution:

Let’s move them.

If we move them out to safe havens, they are no longer a threat to the people and resources in Botswana and Namibia.

 

Zoos and wildlife parks have a central role in saving species. This project would support the central role played by zoos in their conservation initiatives.

Under direction of our professional teams, family groups would be moved from Botswana and Namibia to appropriate facilities that can home them with the highest standards of care.

​

We will start with 5 to 8 females and their young. From a small beginning if we can show great success, then we hope to transport more.

​

When we show our success with the first project we would move forward to save a greater number and make this an annual event.

In this way the elephants can be moved into havens until their wild places are safe again
